HopeBridge has partnered with the Care Planning Institute to help our area's veterans (and spouses of veterans) get the care they need and deserve.

Filling out paperwork, finding the right information, and determining the right veterans aid benefits available can be a long and confusing process. Let us help! With only a few qualifying questions, we can get you started:
 

  • Are you (or your loved one) over the age of 65?
  • Did you (or your loved one) ACTIVELY serve in the military during a period of war?

Determining your eligibility is completely FREE, and the Care Planning Institute will walk you through the steps and be there to determine that your needs are met and benefits continue. HopeBridge Home Health can be there to offer home care and assistance, allowing veterans to continue living a full and meaningful life with the Aid and Attendance Benefit to cover your costs.
