Rissa joined the HopeBridge team in 2023 as Managing Partner to come alongside her husband, Jonathan, in the family business. She has years of experience as a 6th -12th grade public school teacher, private music instructor, ministry leader, pastor and director of the volunteer department at Yakima Union Gospel Mission. Her strengths are teaching, organizational systems and connecting people. HopeBridge is thrilled to have her incredible skills of team bonding, organization and can-do action here at the office.

Rissa grew up in Juneau, Alaska and attended Central Washington University to get her music education degrees. She and Jonathan have been married since 1995 and are the proud shepherds of 3 amazing children. When not driving her children to all of their activities, Rissa enjoys reading, journaling, swimming, doing puzzles, playing board games and leading a local foster/adoption support group.
