Kaylin is a rising star at HopeBridge in all accounts! Kaylin is an amazing caregiver with a background in both home care and assisted living; with aspirations of being an RN. She joined our office staff in 2024 after being recognized for her ability to connect with people and her organizational skills. Kaylin can walk into any situation with poise, confidence and knowledge to set anyone at ease. Kaylin does it all from stepping in to help out in the field to reaching out to the community. Kaylin plays multiple roles in the office from taking intakes and helping with assessments, to marketing and connecting with our care partners. When she's not at work, you'll find Kaylin with her family, including a new baby! She also enjoys a good book, being outside or going the gym!

Karl joins HopeBridge as our remote Registered Nurse, happily taking those after-hours calls to support clients and staff. Karl earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Davao Medical School Foundation, Inc. and was awarded as 'Best in Operating Room Nurse.' He has worked as a staff nurse and clinical instructor over the past several years. He is goal-oriented, gives his all, and has a fun personality! HopeBridge is grateful to have his laughter, knowledge and skills on our team! Outside of work, Karl loves to play games, dance, and sing (but claims he doesn't have a good voice we'll have to see about that some day!)

We are thrilled to welcome Kendyl to our team! With a strong background in social work and mental health, Kendyl brings valuable expertise in supporting individuals and communities through challenging situations. Her experience includes case management, counseling, crisis intervention, and she is deeply committed to promoting wellness and support to those most vulnerable. Known for her compassionate approach and strong problem-solving skills, Kendyl is passionate about making a meaningful impact on those she serves. She is loved by the team for her energy and leadership. Kendyl has almost completed her Masters in Social Work, showing her commitment to growth and knowledge.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, reading and running.

Nikki joins our HopeBridge Adult Day Center team from her extensive background in social services. As our Activities Director at our Day Center, she uses her skills and creativity to bring an enriching environment to our team and our clients. Nikki oversees the development of programs that encourage socialization, creativity, movement, and fun. Whether it's arts and crafts, exercise classes, music therapy, or themed events, she strives to create an atmosphere where every participant feels valued, connected, and energized. Nikki is dedicated to learning more and has dove in to increase her knowledge of caregiving and dementia care and finds great joy in serving others.

Nikki loves her family and spending time with them.

Deborah is excited to be a part of the family business and carry on the tradition of caring for our aging population! Born and raised in Yakima, Deborah brings her creative, crafty, and caring nature to the Adult Day Center. Her background as an Activities Assistant in retirement and assisted living communities makes her a perfect fit for our growing services. She loves to paint, design, crochet and is quite the history buff. She'll challenge anyone to a good game of trivia and she finds good competition with her clients.
