Registration Information:

Enrollment availability at HopeBridge Adult Day Center can vary. To get the most accurate and up-to-date information, we recommend contacting us directly. Our friendly staff will be happy to assist you with any questions about the enrollment process and current availability.

To enroll, participants typically need to meet the following criteria:

Age Requirement: While most participants are 60 years or older, we can accept younger adults (over age 18) with developmental disabilities based on individual needs and circumstances.

Health Status: Participants should be in stable health. We can accommodate various health conditions, but a medical assessment may be required to ensure we can meet their needs safely.

Mobility: While we welcome individuals with varying levels of mobility, those who require extensive assistance may need to discuss specific needs with our staff.

Cognitive Function: We cater to individuals with different cognitive abilities, including those with mild to moderate dementia. However, a cognitive assessment may be necessary to determine the appropriate level of care.

Behavioral Considerations: Participants should be able to engage in group activities and interact positively with others. Those with severe behavioral issues may need a more specialized setting.
