Ella holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and supports several important areas at HopeBridge. She is part of our after-hours support team and assists with long-term care insurance, billing-code review, and verification. Her careful attention to detail helps keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Ella may seem shy at first, but once she feels comfortable, her lively personality comes out! She loves reading and keeps her Kindle close at all times—even in the bathroom. She is also a matcha enthusiast who enjoys making it at home and sampling different varieties from local cafés.
