Jonathan Eggleston, Rn
Administrator/Director of Skilled Services
Jonathan is a registered nurse, nurse delegator and community instructor for the state of Washington with 20 years of experience in geriatric care and chronic disease management. He founded HopeBridge after working with hospice and observing that often small changes in a client’s lifestyle could lead to great improvements in quality of life. Jonathan brings with him the heart to help vulnerable adults live better, longer lives.
Jonathan has held certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Medical-Surgical Nursing, and Hospice and Palliative care. But it is his devotion, leadership and dedication to providing safe and dignified care to our area’s seniors that sets him apart.
Jonathan moved to Yakima at the age of ten from Texas. He married the love of his life in 1995 and is raising three wonderful children. Aside from his passion for his work, he enjoys hiking (has summited Mt Adams and Mt Rainier), kayaking (built his own 20-ft kayak) and watercolor painting. He has also traveled to Panama and El Salvador on multiple mission trips with his church.
